Even though we are not all computer scientists but often mere IT users, even if the technical means we use are not always consistent with our ideals, we all share Richard M Stallman’s conviction that all liberties are interdependent, including computer freedom.
Like the free software community, we are taking these freedom and professional integrity requirements very seriously, and we assume the related risks.
Facing the rise of power of this undemocratic economic and political model that has the ambition of governing our choices (in terms of services, but also manufactures, using algorithms), we would like to meet free software advocates to share our concerns in order to mutually raise our skills and knowledge.
As ambitious democrats, through the diversity of our craftsmanships, we aim to be better equipped, more audacious and connected to free and open source software editors to ensure a better mastery of our respective crafts together.
